Welcome to First Baptist's Awana program. We are glad to have your family involved with the club! The purpose of this club is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and to train them up to service Him. Awana club nights consist of five parts: opening, game time, handbook, large group, and closing time.
Awana will meet on Mondays. Registration is from 5:45pm-6pm. Club starts at 6pm and ends at 7:30pm.
Please fill out all of the information for all of the children you are bringing. Dues and registration fees help us pay for handbooks, book bags, supplies, and awards. Each club member will be encouraged to purchase their own uniform, or find a used uniform from a sibling, or another Awana family. Scholarships are readily available.

Total Fee for Cubbies and Sparks: $30

By signing this form I give permission for my child to participate in Awana and related activities and authorize the adult leaders supervising Awana to administer emergency treatment to the above named participant for any accident or illness and to act in my stead in approving necessary medcal care. The authorization shall cover Awana for this school year. I also give permission for my chid to be photographed and video recorded for advertising and promotional purposes.
The participant is responsible for his or her own conduct and is aware of and agrees to abide by First Baptist Church's standards and Awana rules. Participants conduct and interactions should abide by First Baptist Church's standards and exemplify Christlike behavior.
Parents and participants should understand that participation in Awana is not a right but a privilege that can be revoked if they behave inapporpriately or if they pose a risk to themselves or others.
